摘要：
Market access policy of real estate development enterprises is one of the most important government regulations of the real estate market. Real estate development enterprises in China are relatively small and distributed unevenly. The government has general rules to regulate real estate development enterprises as well as special access policy on special subjects such as foreign funded development enterprises and state-owned development enterprises. Considering problems exiting in market access policy on China's real estate development enterprises, this article proposes to raise market access threshold and implement project access regulation, set up different threshold for real estate development enterprises of different nature, practice project market access, carry out dynamic qualification management of real estate development enterprises, materialize regulation rules of real estate development enterprises and strengthen self-regulation and supervision of real estate development enterprises.
