The Development of Real Estate Market in China

Recent years witness a constant increase of housing price, thus more and more people find they can hardly afford a house. Consequently, there are increasing appeals for actions to control housing price during the People's Representative Congress and Political Consultative Conference. Indeed, government at all levels has given prominence to maintaining a healthy development of housing market by keeping the price from overheated. This article focuses on the status quo of the domestic housing market, trying to analyze the causes of price soar. Meanwhile, we will give our suggestion on how to keep the housing market healthy and sustainable.
