Research on the Implementation and Innovation of Physical Education Teaching Method

with the development of knowledge economy, physical education in our country also needs to improve the traditional innovation method in order to deal with new opportunities and challenges. At present, the physical education in our country is more and more emphasized on the integration of educational theory and teaching practice. Method turns from oneness to comprehensive development. All-round development of the students was stressed in physical fitness at the same time, the ability of independent innovation and exploration was cultivated. Through the literature combing, theoretical analysis, questionnaires, statistical analysis and other means, physical education in the new era was studied. Based on the basic teaching rules and the unique sports skills, examples were combined to explore the innovative way of physical education teaching. The similarities and differences between the two teaching methods of "teaching as the main" and "learning as the main" in improving students' physical quality, learning efficiency and innovation consciousness of three aspects were compared. Theoretical and practical aspects were taken into account, which aims to provide a valuable reference for the school sports teaching theory and practice methods to promote the innovation and development of sports teaching model.
