摘要
Challenges on the pressure of competitions in area economy and protect environment push government all over the world on how to better organize and optimize their resources and human intellectual assets. One of the key factors for the success in the economy of China is to both keep rules for market economy and maintain the public law and order by government dominant polices. In order to share the success experience and to pursuit the new goal to change the way to develop economy, a national wide ontology and rule based multiple relation model for e-government decision service is set up. It is for knowledge sharing, efficient government coordination and reusing the existing e-government information resources, with standardized, unified e-government service semantic framework. It involves sophisticated human efforts to improve information quality, dynamic adjusting mechanics for the specific government supervision environment and the proper response to the public activities.
