摘要：
in the light of the evolution theories of technological innovation the authors of the paper analyze the characteristics, organization and management of technoiogical innovation evolution pattern based on simulation innovation cooperation innovation and independent innovation by combining the cases of Chinese enterprises, such as Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Co Lid (KSEC) and Shenzhen Lang Ke science and Technologv Co., Lid etc It also offers the corresponding suggestion for improving the capability of independent innovation on the part of China's enterprises.
