摘要
Patients with neurodegenerative disorder suffers from performing their daily tasks resulting in a reduced community ambulation. Tremor is suggested to be reduced by mechanical means using passive vibration controller. Human hand is modeled in the horizontal plane to describe the flexion-extension motion at the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints. Tremor is modeled as sinusoidal function driven at two resonance frequencies with white Gaussian noise added to the signal. Equations of motion are derived and solved using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method for the controlled dynamically coupled systems. The two DOF parallel absorber show good results, it can reduce 77.98-80.62%, 60.34-69.95% and 54.39-69.81% of tremor amplitude at the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints, respectively.
