Research on Residential Property Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Theory of Value Engineering and Fuzzy Mathematics

摘要
The investment of residential real estate is the biggest for ordinary consumers, so investment scientific and rationality is most issues of concern to the consumers. Residential property is valued based on the theory of value engineering and Fuzzy mathematics by the experts and residents in the paper. The function of real estate was analyzed by the value engineering principle and the analytic hierarchy process, and the function evaluating indicator system was founded and calculated by theory of Fuzzy mathematics and the Mat lab software. The five residential properties in Harbin were analyzed and calculated in this paper. It showed that the method of evaluation is feasibility and the conclusion is reasonable, it can put forward reference to residents to purchase the property.
