Discussion on the sustainable development of paddy field of the Sanjiang River Plain in Heilongjiang Province

摘要
This article analyses the basic characteristic of the natural factor, such as nature, soil, marsh, water resource and so on, of the Sanjiang River Plain in Heilongjiang Province. It probes into the problems of the sustainable development of the paddy field in the Sanjiang River Plain and discusses planting paddy on the Sanjiang River Plain brings a great economic and social benefits in changing the zoology and increasing grain yield. It puts forward that the actuality and development trend of sustainable utilization of the water resource should be analyzed objectively to develop the paddy field on the precondition of emphasizing marsh protection. Suggests that it would be best to control the scale of the paddy field in 2.22 x 10(6) ha. in 2030.
