摘要：
The sustainable development of resource-based urban is closely related to that of industry. In order to achieve industry's sustainable development of resource-based urban, this paper firstly analyses performance and directions technological innovation on industry's sustainable development of resource-based urban. Secondly, as a case study on resource-based urban in Heilongjiang province, Cobb-Douglas production function is employed to empirically analyze the technological innovation promoting industrial restructuring. Finally, measures are taken to establish and improve technological innovation in resource-based urban.
