摘要
Augmented reality is part of technological used with the purpose of creating innovative applications that, among others, improve people's well-being. In this paper we describe the use of augmented reality in an application for mobile devices, aimed at improving the teaching and learning of healthy food consumption in the Panamanian population. For the development of the application, the food guides developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Panama were considered, so that the application provides a new way of teaching, learning, and viewing the content of the food guides.
