Independent Institute is an attempt on the school system of higher education, which is the combination of public institutions of higher learning teaching resources and social capital product. This paper analyzes the independent college students 'psychological characteristics and psychological intervention from prevention, counseling and crisis Approaches three levels of independent college students' mental health education to do a careful research, the basic approach of the independent Institute of Mental Health Education.
