摘要：
It is important and necessary to generally promote quality education and to train high-level talents to strengthen College Students' Psychological Health Education (Abbre. PHE). For the time being, PHE to college students have been little effects achieved in China Universities for different reasons, especially in science and engineering universities. In this paper, the main problems existing in PHE to students in Science & Engineering Universities will be analyzed, and some countermeasures will be also discussed.
