Problems Existing in Entrepreneurship Education for Female College Students and Countermeasures

At present, female college students' employment difficulty has become an issue of common concern to society and the colleges and universities. Today, "encouraging entrepreneurship to promote employment" is strongly advocated in China. Self-employment has increasingly become a career choice of female college students. However, there are problems commonly existing in the current entrepreneurship education for female college students, such as colleges' serious shortage of attention, ignorance of gender differences in entrepreneurship, unsound teaching staff and so on. In the face of these problems, colleges and universities should implement entrepreneurship education of social gender consciousness, perfect the teaching system of female college students' entrepreneurship education, optimize entrepreneurship education teachers and adopt other strategies to actively respond to them.
