摘要：
With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of science and technology, network terminal computer and mobile phone become the important part of College Students' daily life. The time and number of participating in sports will be severely impacted. This is why college students' physical quality is declining. In order to solve these problems, the national education department and the State Sports General Administration must pay attention to the top level design.
