摘要：

The new historical period need high quality talent and good psychological quality is one of the important aspects. To strengthen college students' psychological health education, it is essential demand for the talented person's today, and is also the responsibility of educational workers. Based on the analysis of the college students' psychological problems we explore how to strengthen mental health education. At present, the college students' mental state is positive, healthy and upward. However, as the development of the society, new problems flooded. We should strengthen and improve college students' mental health education. According to the Chinese psychological health magazine, which sample surveyed 1.26million college students, found that the mental illness students in college peaked to 20.23% and present an increasing trend. These data shocked us. One way to solve this problem is to strengthen college students' mental health education. There are clear distinctions between positive mental health education and traditional mental health education. The former is facing to overall, focused on preventing and developing students' positive psychological quality and enhancing the immunity ability of mental illness. The latter is aimed at patient. The important point lies in solve the already existing problems.
