Based on the study of enterprise middle-level management performance appraisal index, this paper studies the fuzzy mathematics' application in the middle-level management performance evaluation, sets up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of middle-level management performance and carries out the empirical study, which offers theoretic and realistic basis for strengthening middle-level management performance appraisal.
