Terahertz imaging of sub-wavelength objects via multispectral reconstruction algorithm

摘要
Smaller objects than Abbe-Rayleigh diffraction limit can be imaged in a THz-TDS system by using a broadband multispectral reconstruction algorithm. We have experimentally, studied sub-lambda resolution THz imaging and show multi-frequency analysis efficiently retrieves sub-X diffraction targets .
