摘要：
Female college students are facing a more difficult employment situation. In this paper, the questionnaire survey is used to analyze the current status of female college students' employability, and it is found that there are some disadvantages compared with male students. Then, the paper analyzes the effect of female college students' employability on their career exploration behavior, and finds that the former can predict the self-exploration and environment-explorati-on significantly. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the author puts forward several strategies to improve the employability of female college students from the perspective of female college students themselves and school education.
