Promotion on the Employability of Female College Students in the Era of Boundaryless Career

In the era of borderless career, the criteria and path of career success have changed, and new demands have been made to the individual. As a group of high human capital stock, female college students must continue to improve their own employment in order to fully realize their own value. This paper introduced the theory of borderless career, and then pointed out that the borderless career brought new opportunities and challenges to the female college students through comparison with the traditional career. Then, it analyzed the employability of female college students in the background of borderless career, and established the model of female college students' employability. Finally, the author put forward the ways to improve the employability of female college students: Innovation management of credit system; Exploitation of social capital; cultivation of androgyny; deepen education and teaching reform
