This paper takes the college students and already graduated students as the research object. With the guidance of empirical research, the employability can be divided into five dimensions, including basic skills, interpersonal communication skills, self-development and leadership skills, self-management skills and problem-solving skills. Descriptive statistics results show that already graduated students' employability is generally higher than the college students'. Variance analysis results indicate difference from person to person. Correlation analysis results show that there are significant positive relationships between the employability dimensions. Finally, through the calculation of per dimension skills' weight, the paper constructs the evaluation system of college students' employability based on the correlation analysis and also puts forward several appropriate recommendations to develop college students' employability.
