摘要：
In this paper, the author firstly discusses the practical significance of creating a Chinese Eco-tourism destination in Heilongjiang Province, and then proposes several countermeasures to successfully create the Chinese Eco-tourism destination. The author stress that efforts should be taken in holding the direction of industrial development, promoting the protection of tourism resources, improving infrastructure construction by expanding capital investment, intensifying regional cooperation, clearing property rights, perfecting the legal system, enhancing ecological awareness, and adopting measures to attract more tourism talents, in order to speed up the creation of the Eco-tourism destination.
