摘要
The paper presents the results of the analysis of the influence of deformation effects on the physical properties of the subsurface layers of materials. The set and value of these characteristics are determined by external influences, primarily thermal and mechanical. Evaluation of physical parameters of metal materials is an actual mathematical problem, which in our opinion can be solved with the help of methods of acoustic microscopy (or AMD-methods). The paper presents the results of the application of new methods for the study of materials to determine their elastic modules, the degree of deformation, the thickness of layers with altered properties, the degree of anisotropy, some strength characteristics.
