摘要
Four new 3,4-seco-27-norlanostane triterpenoids, ganoboninketals E (1) and F (2), and ganoboninones G (3) and H (4), and two known derivatives (5 and 6), a new C-30 lanostane, (24Z)-3 beta,27-dihydroxylanosta-7,9(11),24-triene (7), and twelve known lanostanes (8-19), together with three known meroterpenoids, fornicin A (20) and ganomycins B (21) and I (22), were isolated from cultivated fruiting bodies of the basidiomycete Ganoderma orbiforme. The structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data and chemical correlations. Biological activities of all new compounds and some selected known compounds were evaluated. Ganomycin I showed moderate activity against Gram-positive bacteria.
