Construction of two new Zn(II)-guanazole frameworks via varying organic carboxylate ligands

摘要
Two new inorganic-organic hybrid compounds with different topological structures, namely [Zn-2 (btc)(datrz)](n) (1) and [Zn-2(btec)(Hdatrz)](n) (2) (H(3)btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, H(4)btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, Hdatrz =3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole), have been hydrothermally synthesized by the reactions of Zn(II) salt with H3btc and Hdatrz or H(4)btec and Hdatrz. Single X-ray analysis reveals that compound 1 is a three-dimensional (3D) pillar-layer framework and can be described as a 4-nodal net with the schlafli symbol of {4.6(2)}(2){4.6(4).8}(2)(4.6(5)}(2){4(2).6(10).8(2).10), and compound 2 is also a three-dimensional (3D) framework and can be simplified into a 4-nodal topological network the schlafli symbol of {3.4(2).5.6(2)}(2){3(2).4(2).5(2).6(4).7(4).8}{3(2).4(4).5(4).6(2).7(3))(4(2).6(2).7.8}. In these two compounds, the Hdatrz ligand displays distinct coordination modes. Moreover, the luminescent properties of these two compounds were also investigated in the solid state at room temperature. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
