摘要
Resource-based enterprise is a principal part of the occurrence of a city and the development of regional economy. There are 90 resource-based cities in 265 prefecture-level cities. Resource-based enterprises are the main cells of these cities' development and they bring great power to local economic development and control the rise and fall of the city. But the resource-based enterprises still face the awkward situation where the pillar industry declines, alternative industry is hard to find and the development of the resource-based enterprises meets a choke point when the resource is increasingly exhausted due to the non-renewability of the resource. Based on the field research of the first batch of national resource-exhausted transformation pilot cities and the collection of transformation modes of all kinds resource-based enterprises, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each mode and puts forward the suggestion about the industrial transformation path of resource-based enterprises to expect to provide useful help and advice to the resource-based enterprise in industrial transformation.
