摘要
Heilongjiang is the base of coal resource in china, whose coal resource-based cities made great contributions in improving its economic. With the gradual reduction of coal resources, the transformation of coal resource-based cities is facing reality. Basing on analyzing the current situation of Heilongjiang coal resource-based cities and transformation experience of the domestic and overseas coal resource-based cities, this paper put forward the suggestions on transformation of coal resource-based cities in Heilongjiang.
