摘要
This paper analyzes the innovative nature and the core connotation of the economic transformation of coal resource-based cities, makes it clear that the nature of the economic transformation of coal resource-based cities is leading institutional innovation and scientific and technological innovation through concept innovation, and further proposes the choice standard, cultivation pattern and critical path to cultivate the continuity leading industries.
