摘要
In this paper, performance robustness problem via state feedback controller Is studied for a class of uncertain linear systems with state and control delays. The uncertainties ire norm-bounded time-varying and the time-delays are uncertain, independent of each other, and allowed to be tine-varying, The integral quadratic colt function is employed to measure system performance. Sufficient conditions for existence of the controller to guarantee an upper bound of system performance are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).
