摘要：

The analysis of influence factors is an important part in the research of service innovation theory. Based on the driving force model of logistics service innovation, the author of this essay constructs "dual pentagonal pyramid" structure model to indicate the influence factors that affects the innovation of logistic service enterprises, in which the core factors are highlighted (strategy and customer). The remainder is general factors which can be divided into internal and external ones. The internal ones include: employee, organization structure and management ability; the external ones include: logistic alliance, technique support, service support, competitor and partner.
