Research Framework of Collaboration Simulation System in the Context of Enterprise Informatization

摘要
As end-users of an information system, employees' knowledge of the system and their operational skills are the determinants for the successful implementation of it. This research framework presents the steps of establishing collaboration simulation system. The first step is to model collaborative operation based on the core business processes of typical industrial enterprises, and then to. set up a progressive (single post, multiple post, full range) simulation system of collaborative operation. It is designed to build a platform to train efficiently the employees' job skills and coordination awareness. This framework highlights that collaborative software and collaborative operation should be emphasized equally.
