摘要
Regularly changing conditions of the labor market, new technologies and growing competition make workers permanently confirm their qualification and the compliance with the employer's requirements. In that case further professional education becomes more and more popular: it helps people to deepen their knowledge in the field of interest or to learn something new and change the job. We can't avoid mentioning the fact that about 1.4 million people in Russia annually use the educational services of various departments of further professional education: professional development, professional development in the form of internship, professional retraining. Further professional education is an instrument that nowadays can be helpful in getting a decent work. What is more, this is true not only for employed people but also for socially vulnerable groups such as unemployed, disabled, pensioners and youth. Different researches all over the world show that further professional education really supports these groups and helps them to adjust to the labor market. The data shows a direct relationship between receiving further professional education and career and professional growth of Master of Business Administration (MBA) alumni.
