摘要
This article offers an interesting methodology for studying and optimizing the spray drying procedure for industrial cellulase solutions. Effects of Li2SO4, (NH4)(2)SO4, and NaCl salts, as well as glucose, cellobiose, and cellulosic materials upon the activity of cellulases in cultural liquid and after drying was studied. ne suggested spray drying procedure works with small amounts of thermolabile substances (25-50 mL of solution) at different temperatures, time intervals and ratios between solution mass and surface evaporation area. The procedure increased the yield of dry cellulases from 20-50% to 60-80% on a laboratory scale, and to 95% on an industrial scale.
