The research methods used are the qualitative research method and the observation method. Results and implications of the study: 1. The conclusion of partnerships between educational institutions and employers, in order to provide the conditions for a real practice for young people with disabilities in different sectors of activity; 2. In order to include people with disabilities on the labor market, for effective communication with them, I propose introducing the obligation to create unique posts in each institution and public authority for interpreters of the mimic-gesture language; 3. Creating the legal framework for the introduction of the obligation to set up unique posts in each public institution for interpreters of the mimic-gestural language; 4. Creation of a database of people with disabilities to be managed by the National Authority for People with Disabilities, in collaboration with the National Agency for Employment.
