摘要
With the constantly rapid economic development in China, the environmental issue seems increasingly prominent and the conflicts between waste emission and China's current emission trading system become more fierce. Electricity generation in China mainly depends on coal and its products, which has led to the increase in CO2 emissions. Emissions trading can be important in encouraging the reduction of CO2 emissions in an efficient manner. This paper intends to analyze CO2 Emission in the China Electricity Sector, then put forward the emissions trading programme for electricity sector.
