Modern means for axle adjustment of mechatronic machine chains

摘要
This paper is focused on measurement problems of a general purpose, modern means for axle adjustment of mechatronic machine chains. The measurement backgrounds and the research trends will be discussed. After the problem identification we study a simulation tool which is useful in the interactive adjustment process of the axles, The developed measurement system is convenient too both manual and automatic measurement according to the requirement of the mechatronic mechanism. The final technical solution has been worked out by the computer analysis of the vibration spectrums. The scientific bases of the development was supported by mechanical engineering researches, when the whole mechatronic system was measured. Beside the axle adjustment the device has further functions that are the following: measurement of course straightness, measurement of flatness, adjustment of vertical axles, parallel adjustment of cylinders, perpendicular measurement, angle of inclination of axles.
