摘要
The architecture of the interphase nucleus remains a treasure trove for explorers of the 3D folding of macromolecules, like DNA, and of their related functions. Only recently has there been insight into how transient interactions of the genome and its associated proteins, in space and time, facilitate transcription, replication, and repair.
