Competency testing is one of the stages in developing teacher skills. This study used a literature study approach. The data are presented using tables, figures, and descriptive analysis. The first analysis found that mastery of the competency of the teacher was in "good" criteria at 71.45%. The second analysis found that in the implementation of the teacher competency test the average score was 86% with "very good" category.
