摘要：

More and more attentions of various large enterprises have been put on the "research of client satisfaction evaluation", and it prevails over different industries. This paper initially studies the background of mobile communication industry, by means of classification of client types, determination of indexes for performance appraisal and design of questionnaires, to analyze the satisfaction evaluation of mobile client of Dongguan.
