摘要
Two new compounds, officinaloside A (1) and 8R-hydroxy-10-hydrosweroside (2), together with a known one, 8S-hydroxy-10-hydrosweroside (3), were isolated from the twigs of Cornus officinalis. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses (HR-MS, 1D and 2D NMR). Compound 1 showed inhibition on the Gram-positive bacteria B. cereus, B. subtilis, and S. aureus with minimum inhibition concentrations (MICs) of 25, 12.5, and 50 ug/mL, respectively.
