摘要：
The credit financing difficultly of private enterprises has become a consensus, and the reason lies in the issue of property rights. Through the construction of a simplified model of a credit financing game, this paper analyzes, theoretically, the effects of different property-right systems on enterprises' financing activities. The research results reveal that the financing predicament can be alleviated effectively with gradual improvement of the property-rights institution. This paper also proposes innovation strategies for private financial property rights from the aspects of government and private enterprises.
