Financing of private enterprise

Since 1990s, the private economy has developed fast in China. However, many problems appeared gradually, for example, financing problem which has restricted private enterprises for their development and chaos management, especially accounting system in the enterprises prevents from obtaining internal information. In addition, some of private enterprises don't pay attention to their credits which cause serious financing problems. Since reform and opening-up in China, things have changed and made the private economy fast development possible, but the financing structure remain unchanged and the proportion of foreign finance is small. It is important to take action to change the financing structure to enhance the development of private economy.
