A process-oriented organizational structure of real estate exploiting enterprise

At present, the compound organizational structure, which ties in functional structure with matrix structure, is widely adopted by real estate exploiting enterprises in China. This kind of organizational structure inherits the defects of matrix structure, instead of abandoning the disadvantages of functional structure. It is not suitable to new market environment and reformations are inevitable. In this paper, the authors integrate the idea of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) with organizational reformations of enterprises, and bring forward a processed-oriented organizational structure of real estate exploiting enterprise. At last, making residential property as example, the authors study the composing of business process system of real estate exploiting enterprises and operation of process.
