摘要：

With the strategic reflections of physical education teacher construction in private colleges, based on the sustainable development of construction of physical education teachers in private colleges and due to irrationality in teaching staff construction, this paper proposes that the key of implementing sustainable development in private colleges lies in the quality of teaching staff. After thinking the strategies for construction of physical education teachers in private colleges, this paper aims to perfect and develop teaching staff construction from the aspects of government, society, schools and teachers, and explore a new thought for construction of teaching staff in Hubei private colleges.
