We propose a practical project scheduling method that can cope with uncertainty in project management. The uncertainty comes from a shortage of techniques and tools for estimation and administration of workloads. The method deals with individual resource assignment and scheduling in accordance with the ability and suitability of workers. The ability reduces uncertainty itself and the suitability absorbs the changes of plans flexibly. In this way, the method helps project managers powerfully.
