Skill management is becoming increasingly important as a form of personalised knowledge management achieved through changes in work organisation. Existing solutions only partly fulfil the necessary criteria. One reason is a lack of requirement analysis embedded in a holistic approach. This paper is a contribution to this type of requirements analysis.
