When a enterprise develops its new products, it requires strategies to guide From the perspective of resource integration, the paper attempts to advance the conception of new product development chain by analyzing the activities of new product development process Furthermore, the paper redefines the conception of new product development strategies and brings forward a strategies selection framework for new product development
