摘要：
This paper identifies the strategies and practices used to integrate suppliers successfully into the new product development (NPD). According to the correlation between the suppliers and the new product objective, it analyses carefully the levels of the supply chain integration. In the end it develops an explanatory model to describe the factors that contribute to the successful integration of suppliers into the NPD process so as to improve a firm's quality cost, technology, product features, and responsiveness performance.
