摘要
This article introduces the economic value of the construction enterprises' security credit. Firstly, the article carries the macroeconomic analysis of construction enterprises' security credit which is the inevitable outcome of pursuing the interests in the course of economy practices, including the relationship between the security credit and the interest, the economic interpretation of security credit as the resource. Secondly, it analyzes in detail the capital, costs, profit and finally the economic utility of security credit. The article adopts a famous example among economics-"prisoner's dilemma" to analyze on the theoretical issues in the security credit. And a conclusion is deduced that security credit is the permanent intangible capital to the construction enterprises in the construction market.
