摘要
The aim of this publication is to compare the individual light source technologies of car headlights illuminating a traffic area. The measurement was carried out on a sample section of a road, which took place on the safe driving polygon in Ostrava. The measurement was carried out for two model situations of a public lighting: car headlights in a low beam mode and a combination of a public lighting together with car headlights in a low beam mode. Vehicles of the same type with headlights with halogen, xenon and LED sources were used for the measurements. The illuminating of the road corresponded to the real conditions that can occur on the roads in a normal operation. Luminance of the space analysis and vertical illumination measurements were performed on the model road. The aim of this work is to assess the visibility of road users in particular real traffic situations.
