A framework of web-based mobile learning platform for teachers' professional development

摘要
This paper presents a mobile learning system, which can be effective for teacher professional development. The system consists of teachers, mobile communication terminals and the network platform for the professional development of teachers, which is the most important of the three. The main elements of the platform are as follows, teacher's blog, teachers' group blog, and intercommunion. Teachers can use this platform to acquire practical knowledge so as to promote professional development.
